The Eagle Project I plan to do is a memorial for Constable William Oscar McCarty. On Saturday, April 11, 1942
Pct. 4 Constable William McCarty was shot in the heart while quieting a disturbance in front of what is now the

. There is no memorial for Constable McCarty. The plan for the memorial is a 4x2x2 granite block with a bronze plaque on top.
